Been on hold for 40 mins. And you all continue to get my call back number wrong
DSL Extreme - Unbelievably poor customer service!
Closed my acct May 29th. Expected a refund. Said it was in the mail 4 times! No manager available to speak to me. Contacted BBB today. Enough!
